Our grass-fed Sussex cattle are managed in their natural environment through conservation grazing, fuelled by our desire to ‘Restore and Regenerate’. By grazing native pastures and reclaiming non-productive arable land, they are creating new wildflower meadows – habitat rarer than rainforests. The cattles’ 100% natural diet of grasses and herbs, legumes and wild flowers is only supplemented with surplus apples and pears from a neighbouring orchard, and must be considered the most natural and healthy way to rear cattle and restore the land.

All of the beef we offer direct to consumers is guaranteed to have never had (nor needed!) antibiotics or other medicines of any kind, and grazed on pastures without the use of any chemicals, insecticides or herbicides, GMO-free – it really is as natural as it could possibly be and surpasses all Organic standards.

By offering a variety of different cuts, our large beef boxes offer incredible value and versatility. Weighing in at 10kg, the contents of one box should fit into a standard under-counter freeze drawer, and includes (subject to confirmation):
